There are some great online resources available to make sure you are looking after the mental wellbeing side of things too …
Business.govt.nz – If you or your employees are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, there is free help available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Visit First Steps for support for small business owners, ranging from dealing with anxiety to tackling insomnia
- Call or text 1737 for support from a trained counsellor
- Call Lifeline on 0800 543 354 or text 4357
- Call Samaritans on 0800 726 666

www.ethniccommunities.govt.nz – The Office of ethnic communities provides information, advice and services for ethnic communities in New Zealand and administer funds to support community development and social cohesion.
